What Others Say About Me

"One of the things I love about working with Chloe is that she is proactive in her approach. She helped me to take things that were sitting on my to do list for way too long and finally get them done! I would highly recommend working with her. If you feel like you have too much to do and not enough time. If you want someone to take "stuff" off you plate you should talk to Chloe."

FAQ's

Q: What types of services do you provide?

I provide administrative services, digital communications, email management and client service. You can see a list of services here.

Q: Who are your ideal clients?

I work with people just like you. You work hard and are great at what you do but don’t want to do the daily/weekly/monthly tasks that aren’t directly producing revenue.

My ideal client is someone who has been in business at least 2- 3 years and has a revenue-producing business model and more than enough work to delegate.

Q: What types of online businesses or business owners are NOT ideal clients?

My services may not be right for those who are just starting out, who don’t yet have a reliable revenue model or a clear idea of where they want their business to go. I don’t want to be a source of stress in a client’s budget or an expense that can’t be justified.

Because working styles differ, I often recommend to new clients that we begin our working relationship with a trial period of an agreed-upon length. Generally everything works out just fine. But if it turns out we’re not a good fit, either one of us can easily opt out after the trial period—no hard feelings.

Q: I have no idea of what types of things I can delegate. Can you give me some suggestions?

Absolutely. The lists on my Services  may give you some ideas. And when you email me to set up a call, I’ll email you back a list of tasks that can be delegated that and tips for working effectively with a VA.

Q: What is the process to hire you; what is the next step?

I like to make the process as simple as possible because I know my potential clients are very busy.

1) Read through my FAQ's and Services. See if you think I would be a good fit.

2) Schedule a 15 minute call with me.

We’ll go over a few questions that will help identify what is working in your business, what isn’t, and how I can help you. By the end of the call, we should both have enough information to determine whether working together would be beneficial for your business. We may agree to a trial period. If you choose to work with me, we sign a retainer agreement and move forward in the process of on-boarding you as a client.

Q: I’m interested in working with you, but I have a couple of additional questions. Can I contact you?

Sure, if you have a couple of questions, please email me at chloe@chloemeryl.com and I’ll be happy to answer.

Custom Tiny Home Builder

Welcome Home.

Don't settle for a cookie-cutter tiny house.

Let us build you a place you can call HOME.

Who We Are

Jordan and Jessi Seppala live in Battle Ground, Washington, a city located across the river from Portland, Oregon, with their two daughters.

Jordan has worked in the construction industry most of his career and Jessi has had a passion for interior design since she was young.  In Jordan’s field of work, business often slows down during the winter months which got them thinking of creative ways to stay busy.

Inspired by friends in the tiny home community, they decided to build their first tiny home, Sweetwater.  They’re the first to admit, they were a little naive about how much work it’d be, but as they saw their vision come to life, their passion for creating beautiful, functional tiny spaces only grew.  After the completion and sale of their first tiny home, they knew this was the direction they wanted to take their business and they’re currently building their next tiny home.
